Student´s international mobility form - filled form has to be sent to the Vice-Dean for doctoral studies (phdstudies@prf.jcu.cz) to register the mobility before leaving for the stay. Students going through Erasmus+ programme do not need to submit this form, their internship is administered and registered by Mgr. Barbara Okosy.
